Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 16 July 2025

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate the return process (Without any editing). The video must clearly show:

The full package from all sides before opening

The actual process of unboxing

The issue with the product (if any)

Note: Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized products
• Final sale items

Return Process:

1. Email us at contacts.shopverge@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
2. Await confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship item back (customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged/wrong).
4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the product. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
